	Paul Selis
In January 1994 Paul joined a local DMC and started handling, both successfully and innovatively, conferences, incentives and events in Malta, earning a bona fide reputation overseas as well as with the local suppliers. In July 2000 he set up On Site Malta, a DMC where a combination of solid teamwork, truly understanding the needs of the client, creative flexibility and competitive pricing results in exceeding the clients' expectations. 	Mauro Gasan
Mauro started his career in tourism in the groups department of a leading tour operator and later on joined its incentive department, gaining experience in this ever more demanding type of tourism and building up client confidence in his qualities. Within On Site Malta, Mauro ensures meticulous planning and detailed execution of events. Young and energetic, he turns work into pleasure. mauro@onsitemalta.com

	Abigail D'Amato

	Steve Cachia
Gradutated in Hospitality Management from the Institute of Tourism Studies in Malta, Steve joined the OSM team in July 2007. An out-of-the-box thinker, Steve organises the freshest conferences and incentives. His hobbies include hockey, travelling & anything IT related. steve@onsitemalta.com

	Peter Donath
A walking library of the Maltese islands, Peter is considered to be one of the most experienced and knowledgeable guides on the archipelago. Born in Belgium, studied in Germany and living in Malta for the past 25 years makes him proficient in Dutch, French, English and German. 	Joy Schaa-Chance
Do not get fooled by her surname, Joy leaves nothing to chance! She meticulously prepares and co-ordinates any sort of event, being a small conference to a full-blown incentive. Born in Germany and spending most of her childhood in the USA makes Joy proficient in German and English. joy@onsitemalta.com

	Coralie Clews

	Lara Caruana
Part of the On Site Malta team since 2008, Lara’s forte comes in during planning and careful coordination. Having worked in the tourism industry since the age of 16, past work experience within the entertainment and cruise lining industry, consolidated a better understanding of the marketing synergy needed in the tourism world. Currently studying for a degree in Marketing, enables a better understanding of the demanding MICE industry. 	Andrew Strickland
A graduate in Hospitality Management from the Institute of Tourism Studies. Andrew has worked in the tourism industry for the last 12 years both locally and in the UK, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the OSM team.
