ECO Incentive ProgrammeFeb 22, 2010
On Site Malta specifically designed a programme for an incentive trip with minimal impact to the Environment.
Day 1 Day 2 * Early morning gym & jogging session on the seafront. * Fruit, cereal and juices breakfast. * After an early check-out we walk down to the hotel’s yacht marina where we will board sailing yachts. * One sailing yacht is allocated to every 6 people and the skippers will explain sailing techniques and code of conduct to the guests. After some time to familiarize with the yachts, the signal of the Gozo Regatta is given. Heading north-west, the sailing regatta takes the guests along the picturesque north coast of Malta, passing St. Andrews, Bahar Ic-Caghaq, St. Paul’s Bay and the St. Paul’s Islands, Mellieha and Armier, finally ending at the island of Gozo. * The winning team is celebrated and we go ashore. * On horseback we head for Gozo’s capital, Victoria, * We go on a stroll through the medieval Cittadella of Victoria, ending at the small taverna “Ta’ Rikardu”, where the guests enjoy a Gozitan farmers lunch, consisting of all fresh local produce accompanied by freshly baked break and homemade wine. * After lunch, we walk out of the Cittadella and head on foot to Ta’ Mena, a small domain found on the road leading to the fishing village of Marsalforn, where one finds organge and lemon trees, vineyards, fresh herbs, olive trees, etc. * Here the guests first set up camp and are then invited by the owner to assist in picking fruit which is then afterwards used in the production of marmalade, jams, limoncel, etc. * In the evening the guests are taught how to bake fresh focaccia bread in the wood oven and a special vegetarian BBQ dinner is prepared on the grill. * Overnight in tents.
